Since COVID lockdown, the education sector has witnessed a remarkable surge in the adoption of Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) and Interactive Boards. These cutting-edge tools have rapidly become integral to modern teaching methods in schools, coaching centers, and colleges alike. The proliferation of these technologies marks a significant shift in how educators engage with students and deliver content in the digital age. During my recent visit to DIDAC 2024, an educational technology exhibition, I was struck by the sheer number of options available in the IFP market. Industry giants like LG and Samsung stood alongside specialized educational technology providers such as Teachmint, BrightClass, and Pearson Vue. The exhibition floor was teeming with offerings from Acer, Senses, ATVI, Benq, Tranwisdom, and numerous other manufacturers, each showcasing their unique take on interactive learning solutions. This explosion of interactive technology in education is not a coincidence but a direct response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The global lockdowns necessitated a rapid shift to remote learning, exposing the limitations of traditional teaching methods and highlighting the need for more robust digital tools. As educational institutions reopened and adapted to the new normal, the demand for technology that could seamlessly blend in-person and digital learning experiences skyrocketed.

Interactive Flat Panels have emerged as a solution to this demand, offering a versatile platform that combines the functionality of traditional whiteboards with the power of modern computing. These devices typically feature large touchscreens that allow teachers to write, draw, and manipulate digital content in real-time. They can display high-resolution images, videos, and interactive applications, making lessons more engaging and dynamic.
