About

About

I am a founder who likes building useful things, writing in public, swimming laps, going for treadmill runs, and trying to make sense of how people, products, and businesses actually work.

This website is where all of that comes together. Some posts are founder notes. Some are product and technology observations. Some are about health, books, family, discipline, recovery, or those oddly specific moments that leave a mark and refuse to leave quietly.

If you want the cleaner version of that trail, start with Start Here or Best Of. Those pages are the simplest way into the strongest threads on the site without digging through the full archive first.

What I Am Building

Right now, I am building Edzy.ai, a company focused on making learning more engaging and effective.

I care deeply about products that do not just look intelligent, but actually help people move forward. Education is one of those spaces where the upside is enormous and the bar is still surprisingly low.

If learning products, AI in education, or product craft in education matter to you, this is what I am building at Edzy.

Before Edzy, I co-founded Exambazaar, which taught me a lot about marketplaces, distribution, execution, incentives, and how hard it is to build something enduring in the real world.

Background

My training is a mix of engineering, finance, and operations.

Those years gave me a strong respect for detail, process, and reality. Entrepreneurship made all of that much more personal.

What I Write About

The site broadly revolves around five recurring themes:

  1. Building and entrepreneurship: hiring, sales, product decisions, incentives, distribution, endurance.
  2. Technology: software, AI, interfaces, business models, and product behavior.
  3. Health and movement: swimming, running, recovery, energy, discipline.
  4. Books and learning: what I read, what stayed with me, and what changed how I think.
  5. Life as it is lived: family, gratitude, self-awareness, small observations, and the occasional weird detail.

Why This Site Exists

I did not build this site to sound polished.

I built it because writing helps me think more honestly. It slows down the noise. It helps me notice patterns. It gives shape to things that would otherwise stay blurry.

A lot of the posts are daily notes. Some are rough. Some are more complete. Together, they form a public trail of how my thinking changes over time.

That matters to me more than pretending every piece arrived fully formed.

Outside Work

Outside startups and technology, I am happiest when life is simple and physical.
